Clifton Lodge is located right on the 4 O Clock ski run, perfectly situated for the ultimate ski-in access, and the Snowflake Lift is just across the street. The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

This vacation home is the perfect location for your family to unwind, relax, and make once in a lifetime memories. Located just .6 miles from the heart of town, Goldenview Chalet provides easy access to everything Breckenridge by either a short walk or a shuttle stop located just down the road. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.
