Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac adjacent to the Peak 8 Neighborhood, these welcoming townhomes create the perfect destination for guests looking for spacious living during their next ski vacation in Breckenridge. After a fantastic day of skiing and riding on Breckenridge’s five huge peaks, shuttle into town to indulge in one of Breckenridge's famed restaurants. White Wolf townhomes are 1 mile from Main Street where most shops and galleries are located.

These stunning townhomes in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood sit just steps away from the BreckConnect Gondola mid-load station and boast stunning Tenmile Range views. Spruce Ledge thoughtfully unites classic rustic elements with contemporary architecture and open floorplans. Breckenridge’s Main Street is only one mile away and has plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options after the lifts close for the day. If it is Nordic skiing or hiking you desire, endless trails are right outside your front door. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The Bogart House has it all - mountain luxury, spectacular views, and an amazing location. This 4,063 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests in a beautiful space right in the heart of Breckenridge’s downtown arts district. Walk out the back door to discover all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The Free Ride bus stop is steps away and the Breck Connect Gondola just a few blocks down the street. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room or enjoy Tenmile Range views while soaking in the private outdoor hot tub. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Chalet du Soleil is a magnificent example of a luxurious Colorado mountain ski home with a distinctive European provincial flair. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. The main living level has an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of Peak 8. The expansive deck off the living area has a gas grill. On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.
