Grand Colorado on Peak 8

This beautiful newly constructed two-bedroom townhome can be found in the charming Historic District of Breckenridge. Tyra Riverbend Lodge

Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’Clock area, directly next to the Snowflake Lift. It offers ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge ski area. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene. The complex offers heated garage parking, elevators, fitness facilities, and a shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Double Eagle

Nestled between the heart of downtown Breckenridge, the Snowflake lift and 4 O'clock Run, the Double Eagle condominiums offer a premier location.
