You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck.
