Upstairs is a loft right off the master bedroom that can be used as an additional room for relaxation and reading or a kid's play room. The spacious master bedroom is right off the loft and has a king-sized bed and plenty of windows. The lower level of Snowshoe Lodge has a large bunk room with two Captain's bunks (extended twin over queen), its own bath and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect room for the kids. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.
