Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. There is a laundry room and the home has an oversized one-car heated garage.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area.
