Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away. Townhome amenities include a gas fireplace, private deck, wireless internet, and washer/dryer.

Amerind townhomes are nestled in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood of Breckenridge and on the free shuttle route for direct access to downtown Breckenridge and the base of Peak 9. This townhome is located only 1 mile to the base of peak 9 for skiing, and .5 miles from Main Street Breckenridge. The Breckenridge free ride shuttle is just 1 block from the townhome, making it easy to access multiple locations in Breckenridge during your stay.

White Cloud Retreat is a stunning four-bedroom townhome that offers spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Its contemporary design provides plenty of space and relaxation in a peaceful setting. The open floor plan and sun-filled windows bring the incredible natural surroundings into the space. This home is located in the coveted ski-in/ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite with gas fireplace, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom. These condominiums are located 1 ½ blocks from Main Street and across the street from a shuttle stop. You can also walk 4 blocks to Peak 9. They have a full kitchen, Gas Fireplace and deck. You have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs and a carport.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities.
