This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and watch TV with your family and friends. The lower level media room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture to watch a game or movie on the large screen TV. Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. The top level houses the private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath.

These rustic mountain condominiums are a short pleasant stroll into the picturesque Town of Breckenridge. Enjoy the luxury of skiing back to your unit and walking to the Snowflake Chairlift right across the street. Four O'Clock Lodge offers one bedroom and one bedroom plus loft units on the ski run. There is also a free town shuttle stop in front of the complex. Access is provided to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. These units are perfectly located near the Snowflake Lift. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.
