Laudaverunt

Switchback Lodge

Located in the prominent Highlands subdivision of Breckenridge, Switchback Lodge has undergone an extensive and exciting remodel, offering luxurious mountain living and the perfect combination of mountain privacy and proximity to historic downtown, a short 5-minute drive. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Gold Flake Lodge Home

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. The additional game room walks out to the deck and has a second living area with cozy couches and a designer billiards table for a little friendly competition. Surrounding the home are multiple deck spaces that offer the perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain ranges. If you’d like to soak blissfully while appreciating the views, there is also a private outdoor hot tub on the back deck.

Highlander

Location, convenience, and stylish comfort - Highlander Townhomes have it all. It’s an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to Breckenridge’s restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander Townhomes are spread over three levels with a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining. Relax by the fireplace in the living room, or out on the private deck. Townhomes have a washer/dryer and a heated one-car garage, with parking for a second vehicle in the driveway.

Antlers Lodge

Just steps to the Four O' Clock Ski Run and across the street from the Snowflake Lift, Antlers Lodge guests enjoy the convenience of a ski-in walk-out location. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails are right out the back door. These spacious, clean and bright condos make a great home away from home. Enjoy entertaining in the fully-equipped kitchen or cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room. Take in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony. As an added convenience, each unit has a private washer and dryer. Guests of Antler's Lodge have access to off-site outdoor pools and indoor/outdoor hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool located just a 5 minute drive away.

Chelsea House

Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

Pines 75 Townhomes

Winter or summer, this beautiful Pines Townhome will satisfy all your mountain expectations. Off the back deck, watch mule deer and moose roam in the bushes next to the 4 O’Clock Ski Run. Pines 75 is on a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes from town and the base of Peak 8.

Tannenbaum II

Tannenbaum II Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. These bright and spacious units have large picture windows to let in the sunlight. Located just across the street is the Columbine Pool Center where guests can enjoy soaking those sore muscles after a full day of skiing, hiking or biking in one of the oversized indoor/outdoor hot tubs or enjoy a summer day lounging around or splashing in the year-round heated pool.

In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.
