The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is conveniently located two blocks away on Baldy Rd. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the mud room, a gas grill, high-speed internet, and a 2-car garage.

An open floor plan creates an easy flow on the main level between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has walk out access to the deck, floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace for warmth and coziness. The adjoining dining area has seating for 10 at a cherry wood table, a second door leading out to the deck and a wall of windows framing stunning mountain views. In the kitchen everything is top of the line, including double ovens, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, that make cooking fun and easy. For those grabbing a quick meal before hitting the slopes, there is additional bar seating for four at the center island. Four bedrooms each offer their own baths and a total of six beds. In the master suite you’ll find floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, king bed and seating area. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. Located in the Peak 7 area, the lodge is only minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort and downtown Main Street with all the best shopping, dining and entertainment.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Royal Tiger Retreat is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that sleeps 6 in the Weisshorn community of Breckenridge—adjacent to the historic district. This property provides quick ski access with the BreckConnect Gondola and Peak 8 nearby. Guests will love the beautiful accommodations, cozy fireplace in the living area, and the private backyard with a firepit and grill.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
