A convenient powder bath is located off the great room near the front entry. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away. Townhome amenities include a gas fireplace, private deck, wireless internet, and washer/dryer.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

This beautifully furnished multi-level townhome at the Settlement in Breckenridge sits in an idyllic setting and location! You are close to the slopes, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, the shuttle and Main St. all while nestled in a quiet, wooded and peaceful area near the base of Peak 8.

The Rocky Ridge Chalet is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath cabin located 1.5 miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street. It has a full kitchen, pellet woodstove, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer. There’s a large deck with a private outdoor hot tub and a gas grill. The home has beautiful pine and cedar interior walls. You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter months to access this secluded home.

This lovely log cabin home, called Pine River Cabin, offers a location close to the action but removed enough to be a serene, mountain retreat. Visitors who ski or snowboard enjoy the convenience of being just a few miles from the ski area, and for those looking to relax in nature are delighted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and forested property right on the Blue River. The home is constructed with Colorado pine and decorated with locally made furniture and artwork, giving it a true cabin ambiance. It’s not all “home on the range”; this cabin features modern amenities including a gourmet kitchen with a Jenaire gas range, flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms. There is also a private hot tub and deck for soaking in the forest scenery.

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

Snowflake Vista is a cozy ski-in/ski-out condo with epic views of Baldy Mountain—and it’s just 3 blocks from downtown Breckenridge! Guests can ski-in via the Four O’clock Trail and ski-out via the Snowflake Chair—just 200 yards away—or take the BreckConnect Gondola/Skyway Run. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs. Tyra Summit sits between the mountain and chairlift, making it perfect for a day of cruising the trails. Each townhome has an open living area with a gas fireplace and private balcony. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and one-car garage.

You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
