The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Follow the round staircase to the upper level where you’ll find the spacious primary suite, one queen bedroom suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens. Head down to the lower level for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar with microwave, bar fridge and sink for all your snacks and beverages. After having some fun around the game tables, retire to the adjacent family room with a comfy sectional sofa, loveseat, and 75-inch flatscreen TV. The two bunk rooms reside on the lower level and share a hall bathroom. Guests have use of the two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total.

Powder Moose Villa is a 5 bedroom 5 bath house located 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge (no shuttle service). This beautiful home has a full kitchen, gas woodstove, high speed internet access and a large deck with an outdoor hot tub and gas grill. Enjoy spectacular views of the ski resort from your very own hot tub.

The Homes at Maggie Point are townhomes located within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge. They offer an open, two-level floor plan with gorgeous mountain views, vaulted ceilings and wood floors all encompassed in a warm mountain décor. Features include a private deck, laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and 1-car garage.

Sundara Place is a lovely, peaceful 3,025 square foot home with everything you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Relax in the living room where floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive views of mountains that are simply breathtaking. Even when it is cold and snowing outside, you will be cozy and warm inside with in-floor radiant heating throughout. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making this house perfect for entertaining. On the top level of the house is the perfect secluded master bedroom retreat.
