Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. Leading the way to Peak 8 on Ski Hill Road, the Tall Pines Townhomes sit just off the Four O'Clock ski run with ski access to the Snowflake Chairlift. This multi-level townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace and has a full entertainment center where you can watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen 42" TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The downstairs den is the perfect late night nook. With an entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV and a plush couch, enjoy your late night DVD without waking the others. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath, and the third has a queen bed with trundle and a private bath. From the basement level you can walk outside and be just steps from the ski run. The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Slope View Chalet is a contemporary mountain townhome with vaulted ceilings and living room windows that directly capture views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year. The open plan main level encompasses the living area, dining and kitchen. There are gas fireplaces in the living room as well as the master bedroom, and an outdoor deck off the main living area. The Mountaineer Townhomes are situated in the Tyra Subdivision just above the Snowflake Lift, one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop and 4.5 blocks to Historic Main Street.
