The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. The Summit Stage shuttle stops two blocks away. The home affords amazing views of the 14,265 foot Mount Quandary from the great room and deck. Breckenberg Haus is comfortable and private with loads of amenities like a private outdoor hot tub on the patio, laundry facilities, and a rec room with foosball table and wet bar.
