The top level houses the private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath.

They are less than a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Breckenridge’s downtown Main Street area. The property has underground parking and shares the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Columbine complex, which includes a pool house with showers and locker rooms.

Sundara Place is a lovely, peaceful 3,025 square foot home with everything you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Relax in the living room where floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive views of mountains that are simply breathtaking. Even when it is cold and snowing outside, you will be cozy and warm inside with in-floor radiant heating throughout. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making this house perfect for entertaining. On the top level of the house is the perfect secluded master bedroom retreat. After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.

The Homes at Maggie Point are townhomes located within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge. They offer an open, two-level floor plan with gorgeous mountain views, vaulted ceilings and wood floors all encompassed in a warm mountain décor. Features include a private deck, laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and 1-car garage.

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom.
