Winterpoint Townhomes

Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located close to both the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks below the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Town Shuttle stops nearby and it’s a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. These multi-level townhomes include a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, wireless internet, in-unit washer/dryer, and private garage. Also included is access to the seasonal Upper Village pool complex which has an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

Wildwood Suites

Wildwood Suites is nestled among pine trees next to a picturesque mountain stream in a quiet residential neighborhood just two blocks from downtown Breckenridge. To get to the slopes, either ski to the nearby shuttle stop or walk to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day, you can ski in via 4 O’Clock Run right to your condo and the large, steaming complex hot tub. And in summer, the picnic area with built-in outdoor grills along the stream is the perfect spot to relax with family and friends.

Park Meadows

Park Meadows offers a touch of chalet style with a comfortable lobby featuring a large open fireplace. These Breckenridge ski vacation condos offer studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Bordering the Four O'Clock ski run and just steps from the free shuttle, Park Meadows is perfectly situated. After skiing, guests enjoy having a soak in one of the large outdoor hot tubs. Main Street Junction

These units are conveniently located on Main Street Breckenridge within walking distance to the Peak 9 lifts and on the free town shuttle route. Tyra Riverbend Lodge

Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’Clock area, directly next to the Snowflake Lift. It offers ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge ski area. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene. The complex offers heated garage parking, elevators, fitness facilities, and a shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Water House

Convenient to all of the world-class art galleries, shopping, nightlife and dining on historic Main Street in Breckenridge, Water House on Main Street is an excellent choice for the vacationer who wants to experience local culture. Guests are just a short walk from the Peak 9 chairlifts, too. Los Pinos

Los Pinos Townhomes are surrounded by forest, hence the name "The Pines". They are just a block away from the Snowflake Lift and a couple of blocks to Main Street, Breckenridge. These comfortably furnished townhomes feature an open main living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped and the living rooms have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.
