Lances West

Columbine

Located in Breckenridge’s Four Season neighborhood, the Columbine Condominiums are just minutes from the Quicksilver Lift and Maggie Pond area. The Timbernest complex is a great winter or summer location – it’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.

Pinecreek

These spacious tri-level townhomes offer easy access to free shuttle or walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life on Main Street or the nearby Quicksilver six-pack SuperChair at the base of Peak 9.
