This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. The Tyra Summit Townhomes are slopeside to the Four O’Clock ski run. These ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge accommodations lie within walking distance of the Snowflake lift as well. The Tyra Summit Townhomes offer the feel of a private home, with spacious floorplans, private entrances and private garages. 143 Park Forest is a 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,954 square foot townhome, a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop. It’s also a short walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Step out onto the upper deck with a cocktail and grill up some steaks. Watch the big game on the 65" flat screen TV in the lower level den while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. There is a laundry room and the home has an oversized one-car heated garage.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight.
