This property is approximately three miles from Main St. and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless hiking and biking trails. AMENITIES – There are five well-appointed bedrooms including two master queen suites, a queen bedroom and two bunk bedrooms spread throughout this spacious property. On the main level of the home resides the gourmet kitchen featuring granite counter tops, high end appliances with a Wolf gas range, a center-island with bar seating and a desk. Formal seating can be found in the dining area for ten and the adjacent living room offers space for relaxation and conversation with comfortable seating, a wood fireplace and a flat screen TV. Through the French doors, you will find a gorgeous patio with an outdoor wood fireplace for evening entertainment. The lower level provides privacy in the additional bedrooms and also features a family room with a wet bar where your group can gather for a movie night by the fire or to play games. Los Pinos Townhomes are surrounded by forest, hence the name "The Pines". They are just a block away from the Snowflake Lift and a couple of blocks to Main Street, Breckenridge. These comfortably furnished townhomes feature an open main living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped and the living rooms have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. All units have washers and dryers and private garages. Los Pinos guests have access an on-site hot tub with awesome views of the valley. The Snowflake Lift is about one block from your door and will take you to the easy green run, Twister, which leads to the base of Peak 8. Whether you are heading to Breckenridge in the Summer or Winter, there is plenty to do. You can shop or dine in Historic Downtown, explore the many trail systems or hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Chimney Ridge, located near the base of Peak 9, features townhomes with great views and garage parking. In the Snowflake Lift neighborhood Chimney Ridge gives you great access to Main Street via the free town shuttle.
