1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

For more entertainment space, head to the lower level family room to spend a cozy night watching TV on the flat-screen TV by a warm fire. Everyone in the group will relish a dip in the hot tub after a busy day on the mountain. Located in the Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, this is the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. This property is approximately three miles from Main St. and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or hiking.

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Condos each have a wood-burning fireplace and a private outdoor hot tub on the balcony.
