The main level consists of the kitchen, great room, and dining area in a large, open space with plenty of bright Colorado daylight shining in and abundant space for everyone to gather around. Highlands Trail House is a spacious 5 bedroom 4 bath home surrounded by a beautiful wooded landscape in a quiet setting. There is plenty of living space with two dining and living areas. Everyone in the group will relish a dip in the hot tub after a busy day on the mountain. Located in the Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, this is the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. This property is approximately three miles from Main St. and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or hiking.

You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
