The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

This multi-level townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace and has a full entertainment center where you can watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen 42" TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The downstairs den is the perfect late night nook. With an entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV and a plush couch, enjoy your late night DVD without waking the others. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.
