The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Slope View Chalet is a contemporary mountain townhome with vaulted ceilings and living room windows that directly capture views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year. The open plan main level encompasses the living area, dining and kitchen. There are gas fireplaces in the living room as well as the master bedroom, and an outdoor deck off the main living area. The lower level outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage complete the list of amenities in this beautiful townhome.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Located in the Historic District the Victorian Gables townhomes are just steps to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop with a short walk to Historic Main Street. They are also within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill in the winter as well as a year-round playground.
