The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away. Townhome amenities include a gas fireplace, private deck, wireless internet, and washer/dryer.

This luxury 8,700 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and sits on a private 2.5 acre lot in the exclusive Shock Hill subdivision. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. The main living level has an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of Peak 8. The expansive deck off the living area has a gas grill. On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.
