1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Ten Mile Suites is located just three blocks from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Free Ride Shuttle bus, that takes you to the slopes, picks up next door. Plus, Ten Mile Suites backs up to Carter Park which has a free sledding hill in the winter and free volleyball and tennis in the summer. Onsite amenities include coin laundry machines and a shared hot tub.

This 4,485 square foot, 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home sits on 2 private acres, about a 12 minute drive from Breckenridge. The home features an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace in the living area, and a large secluded deck with private outdoor hot tub and wonderful mountain views. A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.

Raven’s Call Chalet is a 6 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

The Tyra Summit Townhomes are slopeside to the Four O’Clock ski run. These ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge accommodations lie within walking distance of the Snowflake lift as well. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The downstairs den is the perfect late night nook. With an entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV and a plush couch, enjoy your late night DVD without waking the others. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath, and the third has a queen bed with trundle and a private bath. From the basement level you can walk outside and be just steps from the ski run.
