The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. Raven’s Call Chalet is a 6 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.
