This beautifully furnished multi-level townhome at the Settlement in Breckenridge sits in an idyllic setting and location! You are close to the slopes, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, the shuttle and Main St. all while nestled in a quiet, wooded and peaceful area near the base of Peak 8.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
