Mark IX

Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.

This 6,000 square-foot log rustic retreat features one-of-a-kind Black Forest, Adirondack and mountain country antique pieces among the many amenities. Amidst the glorious Rocky Mountain views, this unique lodge boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, living and dining room area and three fireplaces. The lodge is situated on three levels and offers plenty of space and privacy for large groups and families.

Moose Meadow Retreat

This retreat has it all! Enjoy the amazing views of Quandary Peak and Red Mountain while snuggled up next to a fire or from one of the four private decks. Relax here while the kids enjoy the sledding out the front door or drive a short five minutes on fully maintained Highway 9 for convenient Gondola parking to ski Breckenridge.

Summit at Shockhill
