Step 1: Select Your Breckenridge Lodging

Located on a sunny lot just a few blocks from Breck’s iconic Main Street sits The Breck Haus, a 5,186 square foot vacation home designed to deliver a spectacular experience. Guests will revel in the modern décor, large bedrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family – even the four-legged family members. Featured amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, chef’s kitchen, expansive deck, private office, and den with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey. The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Follow the round staircase to the upper level where you’ll find the spacious primary suite, one queen bedroom suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens. Head down to the lower level for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar with microwave, bar fridge and sink for all your snacks and beverages. After having some fun around the game tables, retire to the adjacent family room with a comfy sectional sofa, loveseat, and 75-inch flatscreen TV. The two bunk rooms reside on the lower level and share a hall bathroom. Guests have use of the two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Condos each have a wood-burning fireplace and a private outdoor hot tub on the balcony. Other amenities offered are a shared full-size washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and one outdoor parking spot. Another benefit of the location is that you are only 150 steps from the Summit County Transfer Center where you can catch any bus to go all over Summit County for free, no car necessary with these condos.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away. Townhome amenities include a gas fireplace, private deck, wireless internet, and washer/dryer.
