These multi-level townhomes include a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, wireless internet, in-unit washer/dryer, and private garage. Also included is access to the seasonal Upper Village pool complex which has an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Breckenberg Haus is a lovely 4 bedroom 4.5 bath mountain home in the Whispering Pines neighborhood of Blue River, a 10-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and world-class skiing. The Summit Stage shuttle stops two blocks away. The home affords amazing views of the 14,265 foot Mount Quandary from the great room and deck. Breckenberg Haus is comfortable and private with loads of amenities like a private outdoor hot tub on the patio, laundry facilities, and a rec room with foosball table and wet bar.

The Highland Hideaway is a three bedroom townhome nestled in the Highland Greens neighborhood just off Tiger Road. It is conveniently located within minutes of everything that brought you to Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and Breckenridge. Just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street, this townhome offers plenty of space, peace and quiet, and beautiful mountain views which can be enjoyed from all three levels. Take in the fresh mountain air on the private deck just off the living room. Soak in your private six-person outdoor hot tub on the ground floor. Other amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a two car garage. This home also has access to the neighborhood Highland Greens shuttle that runs on a scheduled route.

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.
