With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making this house perfect for entertaining. On the top level of the house is the perfect secluded master bedroom retreat. After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
