An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Follow the round staircase to the upper level where you’ll find the spacious primary suite, one queen bedroom suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens. Head down to the lower level for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar with microwave, bar fridge and sink for all your snacks and beverages. After having some fun around the game tables, retire to the adjacent family room with a comfy sectional sofa, loveseat, and 75-inch flatscreen TV. The two bunk rooms reside on the lower level and share a hall bathroom. Guests have use of the two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total.

The Base 9 condominiums are just a couple blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s Main Street and a short walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair. This affordable condo property features an onsite clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub, patio and changing rooms. The complimentary town shuttle stops right at the complex.

Amerind townhomes are nestled in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood of Breckenridge and on the free shuttle route for direct access to downtown Breckenridge and the base of Peak 9. This townhome is located only 1 mile to the base of peak 9 for skiing, and .5 miles from Main Street Breckenridge. The Breckenridge free ride shuttle is just 1 block from the townhome, making it easy to access multiple locations in Breckenridge during your stay.

Please note that four-wheel drive is strongly recommended for accessing the property during winter months.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Mountain View Lodge home is situated in the Baldy Mountain district of Breckenridge, 19 km from Frisco Historic Park and 47 km from Mount Evans. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WIFI. This holiday home has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a TV, a seating area and 4 bathrooms fitted with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. Skiing and cycling can be enjoyed nearby.

Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located close to both the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks below the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Town Shuttle stops nearby and it’s a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. These multi-level townhomes include a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, wireless internet, in-unit washer/dryer, and private garage. Also included is access to the seasonal Upper Village pool complex which has an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.
