Bystone Villa Retreat

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Village Road Adventure

The Quicksilver Chairlift and Ski School at Peak 9 are practically right outside your door, so hitting the powdery slopes is effortless. Those looking for more sedate snow play can cross-country ski and snowshoe, while the kids will love sledding or taking sleigh rides through the hills. Summer guests can hike, trail run, mountain bike, or stand-up paddleboard, and brighten their evenings with the Breckenridge Music Festival. Spring and fall visitors can revel in wildflowers and vivid fall colors. The spacious yet cozy living area boasts high ceilings, a warming slate gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR players, the perfect spot for evenings together. You'll also have free WiFi throughout, so you can easily access entertainment on all your devices. 114 Mark Court

This lovely log cabin home, called Pine River Cabin, offers a location close to the action but removed enough to be a serene, mountain retreat. Visitors who ski or snowboard enjoy the convenience of being just a few miles from the ski area, and for those looking to relax in nature are delighted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and forested property right on the Blue River. The home is constructed with Colorado pine and decorated with locally made furniture and artwork, giving it a true cabin ambiance. It’s not all “home on the range”; this cabin features modern amenities including a gourmet kitchen with a Jenaire gas range, flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms. There is also a private hot tub and deck for soaking in the forest scenery.

Evans Mountain Lodge

Dunkin Hill Lodge, located on scenic Baldy Mountain in Breckenridge, offers jaw dropping views in a tranquil alpine setting. The Juniata Trail located just out the back door is ideal for cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. Brittany Place Home

This charming 2-story home features a full kitchen, gas fireplace and great views of the ski area, located in the heart of Breckenridge, walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola. Amenities include multiple flat screen televisions, high speed internet access, washer/dryer, barbeque grill, on-site parking, and walk to restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Two blocks from the Skyway Skiway run.

Christiana

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Wellington Townhome

Located two short blocks from the center of downtown Breckenridge, this townhome (and its private deck and hot tub) offers in-town convenience as well as spectacular views of the ski area. To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola. Inside, guests are invited to relax amidst the open floor plan, three large bedrooms, two baths, two private decks and expansive mountain views. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a toasty mudroom with plenty of equipment storage. The living room is open and cozy with a wood burning fireplace, ample seating, a memory foam pull out couch and flat screen TV. Just outside the main floor is a deck with a private hot tub, grill and unbeatable views of the Breckenridge ski area and all the twinkling lights of Main Street! Downstairs there’s a queen bedroom, and upstairs are two large bedrooms with beautiful wood furnishings.

Gold Camp II

The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.
