A stone fireplace provides Colorado ambiance in the great room. A lower level theatre room with overhead projection system and 12-foot screen seats 12 people in comfy recliners. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.
