Cloud Cabin

At the top of White Cloud Drive sits this stunning four-bedroom home offering spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Its contemporary design provides plenty of space and relaxation for up to ten guests in a beautiful and peaceful setting, ideally situated opposite the national forest with its abundant wildlife and hiking trails. Entering this home, you will be welcomed by radiant strand woven bamboo flooring and beautiful picture windows on the main level that bring in the incredible natural surroundings. This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and watch TV with your family and friends. The lower level media room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture to watch a game or movie on the large screen TV. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Sunrise Ski Haus

This gorgeous home boasts mountain modern detailing in an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and dining room area on the main level. The expansive windows in the living area offer beautiful views of Baldy Mountain and the town of Breckenridge. Sunrise Ski Haus is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood of Breckenridge. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. There are two living areas on separate floors to provide plenty of space for your group to spread out. Both living areas lend themselves to fun and relaxation with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a Sonos audio system in addition to a wet bar in the lower level. The gorgeous outdoor patio features a private hot tub, a fire pit and a gas grill in a beautiful alpine setting.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Ski Classic Lodge

The Ski Classic Lodge home is situated directly beside Peak 8. Just put on your skis and GO – this is the ideal skiing and snowboarding vacation location. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Cypress Mountain Chalet

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Garage parking for one car is available; there is a ping-pong table for après-ski family competitions, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
