The lodge is located across the street from the end of the 4 O'Clock Run at the corner of Park Avenue and Ski Hill Road. Just ski down, walk across the street and you're home! Just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base, the River Mountain Lodge is the perfect combination of mountain serenity and convenience. The lobby features the Fireside Lounge, the perfect place to gather for apres-ski in front of a wood-burning fireplace. All guests enjoy underground parking with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. And of course, there's complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Dunkin Hill Lodge, located on scenic Baldy Mountain in Breckenridge, offers jaw dropping views in a tranquil alpine setting. This spacious five-bedroom property features beautiful log details accentuated by comfortable furnishings throughout. The Juniata Trail located just out the back door is ideal for cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. This property is ideal for the large or multi-family group who desires an idyllic mountain vacation with plenty of space and fantastic amenities.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
