120 Rachel Lane

Lone Hand Lodge

Completed with luxury finishes and top of the line amenities, Lone Hand Lodge exemplifies casual elegance and comfort. An open floor plan creates an easy flow on the main level between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has walk out access to the deck, floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace for warmth and coziness. The adjoining dining area has seating for 10 at a cherry wood table, a second door leading out to the deck and a wall of windows framing stunning mountain views. In the kitchen everything is top of the line, including double ovens, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, that make cooking fun and easy. For those grabbing a quick meal before hitting the slopes, there is additional bar seating for four at the center island. Four bedrooms each offer their own baths and a total of six beds. In the master suite you’ll find floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, king bed and seating area. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Downstairs has an second living space perfect for late night movies with leather couches, stone gas fireplace, TV and mini kitchenette with a microwave for making popcorn. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. Shekel Haus

Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

Black Bear Lodge

Prepare to be inspired by the beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range from The Black Bear Lodge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. The top level houses the private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath.

Alpenglow Peaks Lodge

Tucked in the trees, Alpenglow Peaks Lodge provides privacy with magnificent views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This 4,485 square foot, 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home sits on 2 private acres, about a 12 minute drive from Breckenridge. A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Mountain Majesty Manor

Mountain Majesty House is a spectacular five-bedroom, 5.5-bath manor residing in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from Breckenridge’s core. This opulent residence is less than one mile to all Breckenridge has to offer, but with amenities like a private outdoor hot tub, game room and luxury at every turn, you may not want to leave the house. Accommodating up to 14 guests, Mountain Majesty Manor’s open, flowing great room is bedecked with hardwood floors, wood-beam framed vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. A large stone hearth warms the area with a gas fireplace surrounded by plush furniture. The nearby granite, wood and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking double gas stove, dual ovens, two sinks and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. Diners may sit at the bar, breakfast nook or formal dining table. The master suite offers forest views from its expansive window, and is furnished with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The spacious, slate-floor master bath has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Guests can access the main-level deck from the master suite. Downstairs, the recreation room is furnished with a mini-bar, billiards table, flat-screen TV and an Xbox. Mountain Majesty House has two large decks, including seating for nine and a gas grill.
