The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area along the Blue River, a year-round mountain stream. These bright and spacious units offer some of the most incredible mountain views from large picture windows encompassing an entire wall of the living area. But breathtaking views aren't the only feature that these comfy condos offer. They are also located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, venture just behind the complex and find some of the best fly fishing and most beautiful hiking trails in Breckenridge.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Tannenbaum II Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. These bright and spacious units have large picture windows to let in the sunlight. Located just across the street is the Columbine Pool Center where guests can enjoy soaking those sore muscles after a full day of skiing, hiking or biking in one of the oversized indoor/outdoor hot tubs or enjoy a summer day lounging around or splashing in the year-round heated pool.

Unit sizes range from studios to two bedrooms, some with lofts. Only a short walk to the Peak 9 lift, and ½ block to Main Street, with easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Just outside your door is the spectacular Blue River, with picturesque bike and hiking trails.
