Park Place Condominiums offer a premier location with ski-in/shuttle-out access and a short stroll to Main Street. Forget about the car once here, you're close enough for a short walk to town to restaurants and nightlife or hop on the nearby Snowflake lift to Peak 8.

The Sunset Townhomes are located on Four O'clock Road, only three blocks from downtown Breckenridge, steps to the Free Ride shuttle stop, and 200 yards from the Snowflake Lift. At the end of your ski day make your way down the Four O'clock Run from Peak 8 back to the property. Unit amenities include high speed Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene.
