Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Welcome to The Bear’s Den, where five luxurious levels come together to provide the ultimate vacation experience that is guaranteed to take your breath away – from sprawling mountain views to ski-in/out access and superior accommodations and amenities. The Bear’s Den features a glass-enclosed elevator offering mountain views and convenient access to all levels of the home. The upper level is designed for entertaining and taking in the jaw-dropping mountain views. A beautiful rec room features a large granite slab island with a built-in bar fridge and seating for 10+, a billiards table, A foosball, a wet bar, a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and a TV. Whether you’re hosting an après ski happy hour or a team-building event, this versatile space is sure to be popular. A few steps bring you to the uppermost level where the professionally-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, great room, and dining area come together under vaulted ceilings. Expansive views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the National Forest can be enjoyed through the wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows. The centerpiece of the space is the oversized 3-sided glass fireplace. Two decks, each featuring a private hot tub and a gas fire pit are accessible through the uppermost level – enjoy stargazing while soaking in the hot tub after the sun sets on a beautiful day in Breckenridge.

Located in the prominent Highlands subdivision of Breckenridge, Switchback Lodge has undergone an extensive and exciting remodel, offering luxurious mountain living and the perfect combination of mountain privacy and proximity to historic downtown, a short 5-minute drive. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.
