Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area. There is no shuttle service available so guests must have their own car. Unwind in your private hot tub after a full day of exploring the Colorado Rockies. Each unit has a private garage, fully-equipped kitchen, and fireplace.

White Cloud Retreat is a stunning four-bedroom townhome that offers spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Its contemporary design provides plenty of space and relaxation in a peaceful setting. The open floor plan and sun-filled windows bring the incredible natural surroundings into the space. This home is located in the coveted ski-in/ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). These condominiums are located 1 ½ blocks from Main Street and across the street from a shuttle stop. You can also walk 4 blocks to Peak 9. They have a full kitchen, Gas Fireplace and deck. You have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs and a carport.

The Timbernest complex is a great winter or summer location – it’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests have access to a seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Condos each have a private deck, gas fireplace, covered parking for one vehicle, and access to shared laundry facilities.

The Snodallion Condos enjoy a convenient location yet are tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet, wooded area. They are less than a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Breckenridge’s downtown Main Street area. The property has underground parking and shares the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Columbine complex, which includes a pool house with showers and locker rooms.

Tannenbaum II Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge.
