There is no shuttle service available so guests must have their own car. Unwind in your private hot tub after a full day of exploring the Colorado Rockies. Each unit has a private garage, fully-equipped kitchen, and fireplace.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.

These spacious tri-level townhomes offer easy access to free shuttle or walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life on Main Street or the nearby Quicksilver six-pack SuperChair at the base of Peak 9. Amerind townhomes are nestled in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood of Breckenridge and on the free shuttle route for direct access to downtown Breckenridge and the base of Peak 9. This townhome is located only 1 mile to the base of peak 9 for skiing, and .5 miles from Main Street Breckenridge. The Breckenridge free ride shuttle is just 1 block from the townhome, making it easy to access multiple locations in Breckenridge during your stay.
