Los Pinos Townhomes are surrounded by forest, hence the name "The Pines". They are just a block away from the Snowflake Lift and a couple of blocks to Main Street, Breckenridge. The Sunset Townhomes are located on Four O'clock Road, only three blocks from downtown Breckenridge, steps to the Free Ride shuttle stop, and 200 yards from the Snowflake Lift. At the end of your ski day make your way down the Four O'clock Run from Peak 8 back to the property. Unit amenities include high speed Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer. Guests of the Sunset Townhomes can also enjoy access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub complex with a seasonal indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

Park Place Condominiums offer a premier location with ski-in/shuttle-out access and a short stroll to Main Street. Two on-site outdoor hot tubs and easy access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs are included. Each unit includes a private deck, laundry facilities and a fireplace. The complimentary town shuttle stops less than a block away.
