You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite with gas fireplace, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The fully-equipped kitchen features polished granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and relax with your family and friends. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.
