Downstairs, the recreation room is furnished with a mini-bar, billiards table, flat-screen TV and an Xbox. Mountain Majesty House has two large decks, including seating for nine and a gas grill. Additional amenities include a two-car garage with two outdoor parking spaces, a laundry room, Internet and more.

Placer Ridge Townhomes are located in the center of Breckenridge only ½ block from Main Street. Excellent dining options are close for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
