1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic, Ten Mile Range and ski area views. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. This property is approximately three miles from Main St. and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or hiking.

Modern Alpine Escape is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 12 in the Highlands neighborhood—a short drive from Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.
