Just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base, the River Mountain Lodge is the perfect combination of mountain serenity and convenience. The lobby features the Fireside Lounge, the perfect place to gather for apres-ski in front of a wood-burning fireplace. All guests enjoy underground parking with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. And of course, there's complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

Just a short drive from Breckenridge's Main Street and the ski lifts, the Snowshoe Lodge, a 4 bedroom, rustic log home, offers the perfect mountain getaway. The property's wide-open pasture offers a serene setting as well as possible wildlife viewing area. The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and tile floors, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. If you have a large group or family, not to worry, the dining area can seat up to eight. Upstairs is a loft right off the master bedroom that can be used as an additional room for relaxation and reading or a kid's play room. The spacious master bedroom is right off the loft and has a king-sized bed and plenty of windows. The lower level of Snowshoe Lodge has a large bunk room with two Captain's bunks (extended twin over queen), its own bath and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect room for the kids. Take advantage of the many amenities this home has, especially the private hot tub on the large private wraparound deck. Other amenities include a gas grill, complimentary Wi Fi and a two-car garage.
