The Ski Hill Condominiums are located 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola and walk-in via the Skiway Skyway ski run. Walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. Conveniently located just one block from downtown Main Street, these Breckenridge condos are your key to a relaxing vacation. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
